LATINO PERRICO a Nigerian rapper and songwriter who rose to fame after winning the best rapper in 2013th Edition of "ENUGU STATE ROAD TO FAME", he later won over 300 rappers in 2014 "AMSTEL MALTA SHOWTIME SEASON 2". according to the rapper this song is an apology to fans who had high hopes for him through out those years especially this year.
"DEAR 2017" is a spoken word rap neatly arranged in a soulful piano and violin mash up produced by JORSE MÉNDEZ( a Washington DC based producer)
